The Doc Behind The Talk

After completing my General Pediatrics Residency at Baystate Children’s hospital in MA, and my PEM Fellowship at UPMC’s Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, I came to Orlando where I have been fortunate to help children in the ED and also do a lot of teaching for medical students, physician assistant students as well as Pediatric, Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine residents.

Teaching is one of my favorite things to do, and over the years I have had the honor of receiving several teaching awards.

While Pediatric Emergency Medicine is a big passion and priority of mine, family comes first, and music comes in at a close third place.  In addition to playing guitar, bass, piano, ukulele and drums (which I try to put to good use in the podcast’s intros and outros), I love to jam with my wife and kids.

Thanks for listening.
